B.A.LL.B. (5 Year Intrgrated Course)

ELIGIBILITY: - Applicant Seeking Admission in B.A.LL.B. (5 Year Program) Must Have Completed 10+2 From Any Recognised Board of India & Should Have Scored Minimum 50% (General Category), 47% (OBC Category) & 45% (SC/ST Category).

a) 10th & 12th MARKSHEET PHOTOCOPY

b) TRANSFER & MIGRATION CERTIFICATE

c) AADHAR CARD PHOTOCOPY

d) 3 PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPH

EXAMINATION SCHEME: - B.A.LL.B. (Five Year Integrated Course) Shall Be of Five Year (Semester Scheme) i.e. 10 Semester. There Shall Be 5 Paper in Each Semester. i.e. Total 50 paper during the course (16 arts paper & 34 law paper including 04 clinical/practical paper of law). Each Paper Shall Be Of 3 Hour Duration & Carry 100 Marks (70 Written & 30 Internal Marks).

A.) A candidate required to pass, shall obtain at least 36% in each individual Paper in each semester and 50% marks in the aggregate of all papers of each Semester separately during the completion of his/her fiveyear integrated course shall be awarded the degree of B.A.LL.B.

B.) A candidate who has completed a regular course of study in the I & II semester of B.A.LL.B. Shall be eligible to appear at B.A.LL.B. I & II semester respectively.

C.) A candidate shall be eligible for promotion to next Semester subject to that he/she has secured 36 % marks in individual paper & 50% in aggregate at least in 3 papers out of 5 papers. Such candidate shall be eligible to reappear only in two consecutive semester examinations to secure 36% marks in each individual paper or to pass remaining paper & 50 % marks in the aggregate of all law papers of that semester.

D.) A candidate who has obtained minimum 36 % marks in individual paper & 50 % in aggregate at least in 03 paper of semester (I / III / V / VII ) & has completed a regular course of study of (III / V / VII / IX) semester respectively shall be eligible to appear at the B.A.LL.B. (III / V / VII / IX) semester examination respectively otherwise he/ she shall appear examination of semester (I / III/ V / VII) as an Ex- student.

E.) A candidate who has obtained minimum 36 % marks in individual paper & 50 % in aggregate at least in 03 paper of semester (II / IV / VI / VIII ) & has completed a regular course of study of (IV / VI / VIII / X) semester respectively shall be eligible to appear at the B.A.LL.B. ((IV / VI / VIII / X) semester examination respectively otherwise he/ she shall appear examination of semester ( II/ IV / VI / VIII ) as an Ex- student.

F.) A student can apply for revaluation only in maximum (03) paper if he/she is not satisfied with marks awarded to him/her within 15 days of date of result declaration. There shall be revaluation fee for each paper as prescribed by the university.

G.) A candidate admitted for the degree of B.A.LL.B. (Fiveyear integrated course) has to complete his/her degree within 07 academic year. 

COMMON SCHEME FOR ALL THEORY PAPERS The paper shall consist of 2 parts:

(a) written paper 70 marks Theory question paper shall be divided into 02 parts viz part-A and part-B. part-A Shall consist of 05 compulsory question of 02 marks each whereas Part -B shall consist of 07 questions. the candidate is required to attempt any 04 question. Each question is of 15 marks.

(b) internal examination 30 marks (15+10+5) Mid semester test: 15 marks; Project assignment: 10 marks; Presentation: 5 marks The candidate must pass in part (a) & part (b) separately. for passing he/she shall be required to obtain 36% in each part i.e. 25 marks out of 70 and 11 marks out of 30. 

FEE STRUCTURE: - 22,500/- PER SEMESTER OR 45,000/- PER YEAR. 

 

THE CANDIDATES WHO ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PROMOTION TO NEXT SEMESTER SHALL TAKE READMISSION BY SUBMITTING HIS/HER APPLICATION FORM ALONG WITH THE PRESRIBED FEE WITHIN THE PRESCRIBED TIME. HOWEVER, IN CASE OF LATE-ADMITTED CANDIDATES THE ATTENDANCE WILL BE RECKONED FROM THE DATE OF ADMISSION OF THE CANDIDATEOR HIS/HER ADMISSION MIGHT BE CANCELLED.
