ELIGIBILITY: - Applicant Seeking Admission in LL.B. (3 Year Program) Must Have Completed U.G./P.G. Exams from Any of The Recognized University of India & Should Have Scored Minimum 45% (General Category), 42% (OBC Category) & 40% (SC/ST Category).

EXAMINATION SCHEME: -
A.) LL.B. (Three Year Course) Shall Be of Three Years (Annual Scheme). There Shall Be 10 Paper in Each Year. Each Paper Shall Be Of 3 Hour Duration & Carry 100 Marks.
B.) Each theory Paper in LL.B. I / II/ III-year examination shall be of 100 marks.
C.) Each practical paper in LL.B. I / II / III Year shall be divided into two parts: Part-A Shall be of written examination of 80 Marks & Part-B Shall be of 20 Marks except the one sole practical paper 1529;MOOT COURT EXERCISE AND INTERNSHIP OF 100 marks in LL.B. III YEAR. A candidate shall be required to pass separately in theory & practical examination.
D.) A candidate required to pass, shall obtain at least 36% in each year in each individual paper and 48% marks in the aggregate of all law papers of each year during the completion of his/her three years course may be awarded the degree of Bachelor of Law.
E.) A candidate shall be eligible for promotion to next year subject to that he/she has secured 36 % marks in individual paper & 48% in aggregate at least in 06 papers out of 10 papers. Such candidate shall be eligible to reappear only in two consecutive examinations to secure 36% marks in each individual paper or to pass remaining paper & 48 % marks in the aggregate of all law papers of that class. Such candidates can reappear only in maximum 04 paper in two consecutive examinations to pass all paper.
F.) If a candidate could not pass LL.B. I II or III-Year examination within three consecutive attempts thenhe/she shall have to repeat the same class & appear in all paper as an ex-student.
G.) A candidate admitted for the degree of LL.B. (Threeyear course) must complete his/her degree within 05 academic year.
H.) A student can apply for revaluation only in maximum (04) paper of main examination if he/she is not satisfied with marks awarded to him/her within 15 days of date of result declaration. There shall be revaluation fee for each paper as prescribed by the university.

THE CANDIDATES WHO ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PROMOTION TO NEXT YEAR SHALL TAKE RE ADMISSION BY SUBMITTING HIS/HER APPLICATION FORM ALONG WITH THE PRESRIBED FEE WITHIN THE PRESCRIBED TIME. HOWEVER, IN CASE OF LATE-ADMITTED CANDIDATES THE ATTENDANCE WILL BE RECKONED FROM THE DATE OF ADMISSION OF THE CANDIDATE OR HIS/HER ADMISSION MIGHT BE CANCELLED.
